Wellness Transitions Yoga Class

A Wellness Transitions yoga class is taught on Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. The class will be led by Robert Roush who is certified in Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga. Robert’s teaching style and techniques incorporate several yoga traditions: (Kripalu) Hatha, Svaroopa and Kundalini. The purposes and benefits of the asanas  (yoga poses) – from calming breaths to asanas that aid in food digestion and the function of other organs – will be explained so that you may practice them at home.
