A Welcoming Congregation

The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of the Susquehanna Valley (UUCSV) is proud to be a Welcoming Congregation.

The Welcoming Congregation Program is a voluntary program for Unitarian Universalist congregations who have taken steps to become more inclusive of bisexual, gay, lesbian, and transgender people.

Our congregation confirmed our commitment to this principle by becoming a Welcoming Congregation in 2005. In 2016 we established a Transgender Bathroom Policy. We continue to learn how we can be better allies to our transgender and gender non-conforming friends and guests.

All people and families are welcome here.
