Dee Casteel is the Music Director for the congregation. She holds a bachelor’s degree in piano performance with a minor in alto sax. She has sung in church choirs since she was about 5 years old and has directed the UUCSV choir for more than 20 years.
Outside of UUCSV, Dee directs the local women’s barbershop chorus and sings baritone in whatever quartet she can find. She has sung with the Susquehanna Valley Chorale for 28 years. Dee is on the faculty in the Chemistry Department at Bucknell University.
