There are several Unitarian Universalist-specific justice organizations doing amazing work! Any of them can help you get started on an issue or keep you informed, and they will all be happy to have you involved.

UUJusticePA has a number of issues-based teams that meet on Zoom monthly, and they send out regular updates on what’s happening in Harrisburg. For more information, or to donate, or to sign up for one of their teams, check them out here.

The UUA’s Side with Love office is the social justice and outreach arm. They focus on four big areas: Climate Justice; Democracy (UU the Vote); Decriminalization; and Reproductive Justice and Trans Rights. Their website is full of options to get involved, learn, talk with others working on similar issues, and more.
Their monthly “The Gathering” sessions help ground UUs from all over the country in the work with faith and justice in mind. This video will introduce you to The Gathering – and you’ll see our own RGL Director, Sara Kelley, in it!

Unitarian Universalist Service Committee (UUSC) advances human rights and social justice around the world, partnering with those who confront unjust power structures and mobilizing to challenge oppressive policies. Centering the experiences of people most affected by injustice, UUSC creates eye-to-eye relationships with frontline grassroots movements across the world. Their support helps to unlock doors of opportunity so that communities can determine their own future. They work alongside grassroots groups to foster and implement community-led solutions — whether it’s adapting to the changing climate or ensuring safety and support for families in migration due to war, violence, or other oppressive conditions.

UUs for Social Justice (UUSJ), is a national version of UUJusticePA – they keep on top of what’s going on in our national government that affects UUs everywhere. Their weekly newsletter is full of actions, learning, links, etc. You can find more about them here.

Unitarian Universalist Ministry for Earth (UUMFE) is a seedbed for spiritual grounding and education that inspires deep practices of Earth care, justice and flourishing for all.
